Before you continue please check here if your organization is already registered. If so, contact with the person in charge of your organization. If your organization is not registered, you may begin the registration.

You can register your organization with this tool only once. This registration will allow you to participate in all events that you are interested in, provided that you are in the “registration phase”. Any other member of your organization who wishes to take part has to register through the person in charge of the organization (by default this will be the person that has done the original registration).

The registrations will be validated once the administrator of the system has accepted them. The registered organizations will be the only ones responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
