Córdoba TechPark is an initiative promoted and sponsored by the University of Córdoba, which sought the support of other institutions and private companies for its launch in 2001.
It currently has around 90 member companies and approximately 500 employees. The main sectors are engineering, IT, services, agri-food and biotechnology.
Córdoba TechPark cuenta con dos edificios de oficinas y una incubadora de empresa para firmas del sector biotecnológico. Además, de iniciativa privada contamos con el edificio de Escribano M&E y el Centro Andaluz de la Construcción Sostenible, entre otros. La ocupación de suelo del Parque Tecnológico se sitúa en torno al 60% del total disponible de titularidad del Parque.
