ETHICAL & LEGAL PLUS, S. L. (PLUS ETHICS) is a Spanish SME based in Elche, Valencian Community, emerged in 2018 as a spin-off of the Miguel Hernández University. Its team of professionals in applied ethics, philosophy, law and social sciences, specializes in social, ethical, legal and privacy (SELP) assessment for research and innovation projects at European level, acting as project partners or as independent ethical advisors. Since its creation, Plus Ethics has participated in more than 25 European projects (H2020, Horizon Europe, EDF, ISF, CERV, ERASMUS+, etc.). Recognized for integrating human rights and fundamental values in innovation, PLUS ETHICS collaborates with multiple administrations, universities, NGOs and technology companies at national and European level.
At OPPLUS we seek to establish collaborations in the field of R+D+i aimed at improving BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services, relying on technological levers such as process automation, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics. Our goal is to promote projects that allow us to optimize operational efficiency, improve customer experience and develop innovative solutions in business process outsourcing.
PLUS ETHICS offers a comprehensive service for proposals and projects that combines SELP evaluation throughout the project life cycle (Ethical Impact Assessment, Data Protection Impact Assessment, legal analysis, social acceptance studies…), management of ethical requirements, and data management and governance plans, aligned with the RGDP and other relevant regulations. It also offers activities for these proposals and projects, such as the dynamization of co-creation workshops with users, training in responsible research, the preparation of deliverables and scientific publications and the continuous accompaniment before Ethics Reviews and Checks of the European Commission.
The ideal partner will have access to European consortia and experience in proposal preparation, project management methodologies, be fluent in scientific English, share a strong commitment to research integrity and data protection, and have remote collaborative infrastructure for agile tracking of tasks and deliverables.
This offer is aimed at project proposal coordinators and managers at national and European level; universities, technology centers and research groups in need of a SELP partner; deep-tech start-ups interested in accelerating the social and regulatory acceptance of their innovations; and public administrations developing projects related to AI, security, health or sustainability.
PLUS ETHICS’ competitive advantage is based on its proven experience as an ethical advisor in more than twenty-five European projects since its creation in 2018, through SELP’s own methodology that incorporates ethics from the design and adapts to any level of technological and social maturity. Moreover, it is also based on the real combination of legal, ethical and sociological competences within the same team, its constant connection with academia and a participatory approach that protects vulnerable groups and reduces the administrative uncertainty of the consortium.

Ultimately, it facilitates designing responsible exploitation strategies, raising the ethical culture of teams and ensuring that digital innovations respect the rights of users and target groups.
