PARADIGMA INNOVATION, S. L. is a recent spin-off of PLUS ETHICS, based in Elche, which was created to provide gender analysis, social sciences and humanities (SSH) studies, and public policy recommendations to European research. At its core is a select group of senior researchers—more than 80% of whom hold PhDs—with operational experience in more than 30 H2020, Horizon Europe, ERASMUS+, EDF, ISF and JUST projects. Its academic and professional network exceeds 250 institutions across Europe, its scientific output exceeds 100 peer-reviewed publications, and its mastery of EU regulations allows it to accompany consortia from the drafting of the proposal to the exploitation of results.
PARADIGMA Innovation seeks to join as a consortium partner responsible for work packages on gender, social impact, SSH or data governance, or to act as a subcontracted provider of specific studies. It also considers agreements with universities, consultancies and technology companies that need to strengthen the social and public policy dimensions of their projects.
PARADIGMA INNOVATION offers interdisciplinary social research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies; gender analysis and the development of Gender Equality Plans (GEP) in accordance with Horizon Europe requirements; data-driven policy recommendations, regulatory impact assessments, and legal-regulatory advice; public participation strategies and outreach campaigns; tailored training in SSH, gender and alignment with EU policies; and cross-cutting support for ethical compliance and personal data management.
The ideal partner should have access to European consortia or a portfolio of projects in preparation, be able to competently handle technical and financial management under EC regulations, work in English at a professional level, and share a firm commitment to diversity, scientific excellence, and data protection. In addition, they should provide communication channels and remote support to facilitate transnational coordination and the delivery of milestones and deliverables on time.
The offer is aimed at coordinators and managers of Horizon Europe, CERV, JUST, EDF or ISF proposals who need to credibly integrate social, gender and public policy aspects; at universities and technology centres seeking to strengthen the SSH dimension of their research; administrations and think tanks interested in impact assessments and policy design; and deep-tech start-ups that need to accelerate the social and regulatory acceptance of their innovations.
The differential value of PARADIGMA Innovation lies in the combination of an interdisciplinary team with extensive practical experience in European project management and a methodology that links empirical analysis, gender perspective, and the translation of scientific results into public policy recommendations.
