Despite being in the launch phase, and having its own infrastructure only since March 2016 -Management and General Services Building-, its ecosystem is already structured in four areas: the management unit of the park itself, the Delegation of Economic Promotion and Innovation of the City Council of Dos Hermanas, the Loyola Andalucía University Foundation and the companies housed or to which services are provided.
Likewise, the relationship and collaboration with the surrounding public universities is fluid: University of Seville and Pablo de Olavide, included in its shareholding.

Multipurpose rooms: 2 rooms of 140 m², with capacity for 80 people seated, multimedia equipment.
Meeting rooms: with furniture for 25 people and video conference.
Training room (Showroom 1): equipped with computer equipment, for up to 30 students.
Modules for companies of 70 m².
Modules for shared work: 160 m² rooms.
The municipal and university nature of the project accentuates its vocation as an innovation park, at the service of the development of the territory and the dissemination of the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation.
The park has 26 companies, public institutions and the Loyola Andalucía University Foundation. The sectors it focuses on are ICTs, bio, agri-food and production technologies, derived from the specialization of the territory.
