On 11 November at 10:00 a.m., we will celebrate the start of the 8th edition of Women in Science and Technology with the publication of the list of leading women in STEAM at APTE science and technology parks.
For the occasion, we will hold a special online session with four inspiring women who are developing their careers in the APTE network of parks ecosystem and who are renowned for their talent, leadership and commitment to innovation:

Ikerbasque Research Professor and Scientific Director of CIC biomaGUNE, expert in biomolecular nanotechnology and biomaterials for medical applications.
Sofía Schneider – Málaga TechPark
Vice President of Oracle’s Data Platform team, driving digital transformation and technological diversity.
Tamara Fernández Fernández – Parque Científico Tecnológico de Gijón
Engineer and co-founder of Ingeniacity, a company that leads disruptive projects in the naval, energy and renewable energy sectors.
Samira Khodayar Pardo – València Parc Tecnològic
Director of the Meteorology and Climatology Department at CEAM, a leading authority in research on extreme events and climate change.
During the session, we will discuss the impact of raising the profile of women in STEAM, promoting scientific careers, female leadership in innovation, and the role of women in addressing the major challenges of the future.
