PCTCAN’s mission is to create a high-quality scientific and technological environment to attract and/or develop technology-based companies and institutions that promote R&D&I activities and/or projects, fostering interrelationships between them and transforming the Cantabrian business sector towards value creation.

• Promote and encourage local and regional research, development, and innovation (R&D&I) through technology transfer.
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology from universities and public research centres, enabling coordination between companies and institutions, promoting knowledge, innovation, new ideas and the development of the productive fabric (career opportunities for university students and job creation).
• Act in collaboration with other agents, such as promoters and stimulators for technology-related companies. Contribute, together with other agents, to the creation of innovative technology-based companies and their competitiveness by locating them in the park.
• Provide high-quality space and facilities to businesses and establish technological service and training structures that add value to businesses and institutions.
